ZIM Wireless LAN

ZIM offers network access via WLAN to all members of the Bergische Universität Wuppertal. Therefore more than 500 access points are allocated on the campus.

Access using 802.1x EAP authentication

Choose your operating system in the navigation on the left side to configurate your wireless lan connection.

User ID and password you need are on par with the access to all other services of ZIM (e.g. internetcafe or e-mail).

  Connection without certificate-validation is possible, but not recommended.

WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA-Personal, EAP-TLS, Bluetooth and library accounts are not supported. You do not need a client certificate.
